We really enjoyed this authentic hotel. The staff were both very helpful and amicable. Double room included an electric kettle, central heating, and a dining area. There was kitchen, that's a plus. The location was excellent, in a real neighborhood instead of a tourist center, convenient to go everywhere. Had tea and goodies at Oasis Cafe Essaouira, nestled 1 km of the venue...
Disappointing aspect was smelly bathroom.

Stayed here for 6 nights and really enjoyed our choice. the staff were excellent and hospitable and know their duties. There was lots of food for breakfast, it was savoury! the hotel was in a good location, in a good neighborhood. My stay at Riad Laksiba for 6 nights was a delightful choice. the staff were friendly, attentive, and competent in their roles. the breakfast spread was abundant and tasty, satisfying my cravings each morning. the riad's location in a pleasant neighborhood was convenient for exploring Marrakesh.

Our family loved the Hotel Triplets Entertainment - tons of activities for the kids, and a relaxing spa for us parents. the pool and playground kept everyone entertained. the staff was exceptional, making our stay unforgettable.
My wife says that more kid-friendly meal options would be beneficial.
